How we plan to improve the Centre City 




  • Tallinn should fix the main street from Vabaduse Väljak up to Hobujaam. Mainly the streets for pedestrians and public transport use should unite the renovated Tammsaare Park with the Old Town. 
  • We will double the budget to keep the Centre City in good order.
  • Will we build an extension for Westholm Gymnassium.
  • We will build a sports hall for the French Lyceum.
  • We will build an additional hall for RealKool
  • We will maintain the Skoone bastion and its surrounding areas and open an area for pedestrians and cyclists.  In the future there will be a place for cafes play areas and free time meeting places.
  • Together with the private sector, we will repair the Centre Market.
  • We will clean up Snell Pond and repair Toompark and Tompea slopes.
  • We will ensure that the heart of the city is secure.
  • We will establish social centre branch offices.
  • We will work hard to eliminate dilapidated buildings. 
  • We will invest in street, repair roads and streets that are currently in a bad way.
  • We will set up a monument to the first Tallinn city mayor, Voldemar Lender in the Centre City. 
  • We will establish in the Centre City and North Tallinn a connected and thorough bicycle road.
  • We will repair the city's environment, placing new benches and trash cans and maintaining the park. 
  • We will give special attention to preserving the environment and the views of Tallinn Old Town. 
  • We will open up the city to the sea and the sea areas to the people. We will do this by building a beautiful  beach promenade from Pirita to Haabersti. 


  • Tallinn saab Pärnu maanteele uue Peatänava Vabaduse väljakust kuni Hobujaamani. Peamiselt jalakäijatele ja ühistranspordile mõeldud tänav ühendab renoveeritud Tammsaare pargi Vanalinnaga
  • Tõstame linnaosa heakorra eelarve kahekordseks
  •  Ehitame Westholmi Gümnaasiumile juurdeehituse.
  • Ehitame Prantsuse Lütseumile võimla.
  •  Ehitame Tallinna Reaalkoolile lisahoone.
  •  Korrastame Skoone bastioni ja selle lähiümbruse ning avame ala jalakäijatele ja jalgratturitele. Sellest saab tulevikus kohvikute ja mänguväljakutega vaba aja veetmise koht. • Koostöös erasektoriga korrastame Keskturu.
  • Puhastame Snelli tiigi ja korrastame Toompargi ja Toompea nõlvad.
  • Panustame süda- ja vanalinna turvalisusesse
  • Rajame Sotsiaalkeskuse filiaalid asumitesse.
  •  Tõhustame tööd kolemajade likvideerimiseks.
  •  Investeerime teedesse – korrastame kehvas olukorras olevaid teid ja tänavaid.
  • Püstitame esimesele eestlasest Tallinna linnapeale Voldemar Lenderile Kesklinna monumendi.
  • Rajame Kesklinna ja Põhja-Tallinna ühendamiseks korralikud jalgrattateed.
  • Parendame linnakeskkonda, paigaldades uusi pinke ja prügikaste ning korrastades parke.
  • Pöörame erilist tähelepanu Tallinna Vanalinna kaitsele ning miljööväärtuslike alade terviklikkuse säilimisele.
  • Avame linna merele. Avatud mere äär inimestele. Selleks ehitame Euroopa kõige kaunima rannapromenaadi Piritalt Haaberstini.
